Purpose – This document defines OCD Tech LLC’s general guidelines for corporate social responsibility and sustainability. The purpose is to reinforce and to guide our contribution to a sustainable economic, social and environmental development within the sectors of the economy in which we operate.
We are committed to harnessing our innovative culture to help us create a business model of sustainability.
Scope – our ESG policy applies to all OCD Tech employees, from ownership to interns. In addition, the policy covers all business activities in connection with customers, suppliers and other commercial partners.
Definition – We define sustainability as developing services and products that meet today’s needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs.
Objectives – of this policy are:
- Increase the understanding of and the commitment of a broader concept of sustainability for OCD Tech, LLC
- Embed sustainability considerations in all OCD Tech decision making.
- Integrate a consistent approach in applying sustainability across the organization.
- Adopt a systematic approach to identify, assess and respond to sustainability-related risks in business operations.
- Communicate consistently and accurately OCD Tech’s achievements in sustainability.
Principals – OCD tech is committed to respecting human rights and labor rights standards, preserve the climate and the environment, combat corruption and uphold good governance standards. This applies to the development of the Company’s services and products as well as investment decisions.

Governance
- We stress and train our employees regarding the importance of ethical behavior towards our clients, vendors and fellow employees.
- We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of our clients and employees. We comply at all times with data protection laws of the states and the federal government.
- OCD Tech will not conduct business or invest in companies that through their own business or through entities they control, violate international and national laws or violate OCD Tech’s polices regarding human rights, labor rights, environmental regulations and anti-corruption.
- OCD Tech will not purchase goods and services from suppliers that violate international and national laws or OCD Tech’s internal guidelines for human rights, labor rights, environmental regulations or anti-corruption.
