On December 6th, 2016, two members of our team, Nick DeLena, Senior Manager and W. Jackson Schultz, Senior IT Audit & Security Consultant, will be speaking to BrightTALK’s membership in webinar format on the topic of the 2017 threatscape. The presentation is titled, “Storm on the Horizon – 2017. Threats both Foreign and Familiar.” Nick and Jackson plan to discuss the year-in-review to lead, and from there, break down emerging threats. The presentation will encompass threats and vulnerabilities related to the internet of things (IoT), specific malicious software (malware) such as ransomware, and alternative attacks vectors, such as business e-mail compromise and wire transfer fraud, among others.
