I had the pleasure of working with Michael for several years on numerous projects, then worked for him when transferred to his team – his depth of knowledge and vision knows no bounds. He certainly challenges those who work for him and around him to do their best. If given the opportunity, I certainly would not hesitate to work for him again.

Michael supports my project team in the delivery of services to our business clients within State Street Global Markets. He is professional, knowledgeable and takes ownership of a tasks / issues through to completion. Michael’s focus on “attention to detail” approach is one of his strongest assets and it is always a pleasure working with him and his team on projects.

As someone who reported to Michael on a large number of projects, I found that he management style fantastic and his knowledge of IT system limitless. His management style was open to receptive to ideas and thoughts of the team while also directing the team to achieve the goals of upper management. During the time that I worked with him at State Street, I used him as my primary resource for any of the technologies that I was working with at the time.

UNIX, Active Directory, LDAP, or any in-house developed system, nothing seemed to be out of reach of his knowledge. In the off chance that he wasn’t sure of the answer, he would research the answer and get back to me in a short amount of time (no more than an hour at most). His technical and management abilities are a great asset to any company or client that he works with.
