No one likes being audited. It’s not like we get invited to a lot of parties. But it’s an important part of ensuring trust and transparency in your environment. And we are no different. I’m so proud of our team at OCD Tech for passing all sections of the Center for Internet Security ( CIS v8 IG1) critical security controls. From the CIS website “The CIS Critical Security Controls (CIS Controls) are a prioritized set of Safeguards to mitigate the most prevalent cyber-attacks against systems and networks. They are mapped to and referenced by multiple legal, regulatory, and policy frameworks. CIS Controls v8 has been enhanced to keep up with modern systems and software. Movement to cloud-based computing, virtualization, mobility, outsourcing, Work-from-Home, and changing attacker tactics prompted the update and supports an enterprise’s security as they move to both fully cloud and hybrid environments.”
We’ve recently undergone an independent review of the controls surrounding how we store and process our clients data and WE PASSED!
Special thank you to each of the team members who made this happen:
Kate Upton
Silviano Fulgencio
And we couldn’t have done it without the IT team at OCD that keeps us going securely every day, Ann Higgins and Tommy Lo.
